RYAN BERNAT

I’m a videographer, video editor, and FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot with nearly two decades of experience in visual storytelling.

I began my career in television news, eventually becoming Chief Videographer and leading a team of photojournalists. I later transitioned to healthcare as a Multimedia Specialist at UConn Health.

In my current role as Middlesex Health’s first in-house videographer, I work on the public relations team telling patient stories, showcasing clinical services, and highlighting the people behind the health system.

My work has been recognized with 10 Boston/New England Emmy Awards, an Edward R. Murrow Award, and a Connecticut Broadcasters Association Award.
